One of Oxford’s many research strengths is its world-class expertise in Medical Statistics, illustrated by its significant work in the collection and analysis of huge volumes of data through its clinical trials worldwide.

Based on Oxford’s excellence in this area and Isis’ developing licensing relationship with Outcome Technologies, OUC was asked to source a medical statistician to advise the company on the appropriate number of patients to include within a healthcare related study to ensure its statistical validity.

OUC was able to identify and contract for the services of one of the University’s senior clinical statisticians at short notice. The consulting project report was completed and delivered within one week of signature of contract.
