Meet Isis One of the strengths of Isis project groups is that the staff have experience of both the worlds of academia and indust ry. Learn >Who's Who at Isis, for example: Stuart Wilkinson , Project Manager, Physical Science Group Stuart gained an M.Eng in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials at the University of Oxford prior to completing a DPhil in Biomaterials for artificial bone materials. During the following 3 years Stuart was a Knowledge Transfer Enterprise Fellow and then an Advanced Technologies Programme Manager at Oxford University Begbroke Science Park. At Begbroke he: developed the interactive tools to explain the key concepts in emerging technologies to a general audience; managed the University's Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) office;and developed the Universities part time post-graduate programme and MSc in Nanotechnology. Stuart joined Isis in May 2007.

The Oxford University 21st Century Challenge Competition
The Oxford University 21st Century Challenge Competition is a new international entrepreneurship competition, jointly organised by the Oxford Science Enterprise Centre (OxSEC) and the James Martin Institute for Science and Civilisation (JMI) at the Said Business School, Oxford.
The competition is looking for bold and innovative business ideas that can help to solve the key environmental, health and social challenges of the 21st Century. Entries to the competition will be accepted into one of the following challenge tracks:
