Isis Enterprise offers consulting expertise and advice in technology transfer, based upon Isis Innovation Ltd’s success as Oxford University’s technology transfer company.

We have identified the essential elements required for successful technology transfer, at three levels:

• Government (national, regional, local). 

Our assessment of these elements is based upon many years practical experience of technology transfer in a number of research environments.

We spend two-days with clients and use our expertise to assess your existing resources, systems and activities and to identify how to improve overall technology transfer performance.  At the end of the programme you will have a report with identified actions to develop your technology transfer activities.

We have created an analytical and diagnostic approach, resulting in identified measures to develop an institution’s technology transfer capability.

We work with you to organise a two-day programme at your site in which Isis Enterprise managers work with existing senior management and technology transfer staff to assess:

• Intellectual property policies and their impact
• Technology transfer resources
• Local business infrastructure
• National, regional & local government support
