Hosting Programme
Isis Enterprise offers consulting expertise and advice in technology transfer, based upon Isis Innovation Ltd’s success as Oxford University’s technology transfer company.
Whilst we continue to provide an initial one hour meeting with visitors free of charge to introduce how Isis operates in Oxford, our visitors increasingly find they want a more in-depth understanding of technology transfer and the Oxford experience from Isis Enterprise. We have therefore developed a fully interactive two-day intensive hosting programme developed to match the progress of a technology transfer project and to be interactive.
Day One:
- Introduction to Isis Project Management
- Disclosure assessment, patent searching and applications,
- Use of databases
- Legal Agreements
- Panel discussions on visitor’s current opportunities
Day Two:
- Raising money for spin-outs and portfolio management
- Lessons from the TT market
- Isis and Oxford Networks
- Recap, overview and final questions
Each session is an intensive one-to-one (depending on clients needs) with experienced project managers and senior staff within Isis.
