Technology Spin-out Management Programme

Isis Innovation is very pleased to be working alongside the Careers Service at Oxford University to provide the Technology Spin-out Management Programme, intended for Oxford science graduates interested in pursuing a senior management career within a technology start-up company.

The programme consists of a series of eight weekly seminars featuring guest presenters from across the University of Oxford, professional services firms and within the numerous local existing technology start-up and spin-out companies.

Start-up and spin-out companies are often on the look out for suitably qualified candidates to take on management roles. Potential applicants, however, are sometimes unaware of the exciting possibilities available to them in this area. The current economic climate has caused many excellent candidates to re-evaluate their careers and Isis Innovation and the Careers Service see the Technology Spin-out Management Programme as the perfect way to introduce these candidates to an alternative and rewarding career path, simultaneously aiding both the applicants and the technology start-ups.
