RF Sensors

www.oxfordrfsensors.com

Oxford RF Sensors designs non-contact electromagnetic sensors based on patented RF technology developed at the University of Oxford.

The company specialises in providing innovative solutions to measurement problems that existing sensor technologies simply can't solve. RF Sensors have significant advantages over existing non contact sensor technologies in many applications.

Speed: With a theoretical limit in excess of 1GHz, RF Sensors can measure the speed of any mechanical system.

Resolution: RF Sensors can resolve down to 1 part in 10 (5)

Temperature: RF Sensors probes can be designed to withstand temperatures well in excess of 1000 degrees C.

Power: RF Sensors consure a few milliwatts and are ideal for wireless applications

Targets: RF Sensors can be designed to work with ferrous and no ferrous metals, composites, plastics, glass, rubber and fluids. RF Sensors do not need magnets or phonic wheels.

Discrimination: RF Sensors can discriminate between materials.
