Avidex Ltd - acquired by Medigene AG
Avidex was founded in 1999 seeking to become the world's leading T- cell receptor company based on a series of patents which protect its novel technologies. These technologies allow T-cell proteins to be produces as soluble and stable compounds which can be used both as protein pramaceuticals and for the discovery of new chemical entities.
Avidex was acquired by Medigene AG, a Frankfurt listed biotechnology company, in October 2006 (MDG.F)
