Technology Transfer from the University of Oxford

Glycoform Ltd

Glycoform was a glycochemistry company based at Milton Park, Oxfordshire, originating from Oxford University’s Organic Chemistry Department based on the pioneering work of Dr Ben Davis and Dr Antony Fairbanks. Glycoform’s core expertise and intellectual property is in sugar chemistry and protein glycosylation.

GlycoForm used its technology to produce novel molecules, in addition to superior biosimilars (GFBioBetters) and to salvage molecules with poor pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (GFBioRetrieve).

Glycoform was wound down in 2011.
